Instructions:
Press the elastic metal plate inside the hot pack with your hand (do not break the metal plate) to activate the white crystalline material. Gently rub the crystals during the heating process to evenly soften them. Then, place the hot pack inside the towel cover for use.

Recharge Method:
Recommended: Electric Rice Cooker Method
Wrap the used hot pack with a towel and place it inside the rice cooker. Add enough water to cover the towel (do not let the outer bag of the hot pack touch the cooker to avoid damage). Add 50cc of water to the outer pot, then heat it. Once the rice cooker automatically switches off, let it simmer for approximately 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove the hot pack and let it cool down. Make sure the hot pack has completely returned to a transparent liquid state.

Boiling Method:
Wrap the used hot pack with a towel and place it in a pot. Add enough water to cover the towel (do not let the outer bag of the hot pack touch the pot to avoid damage). Boil the water with the lid on for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Carefully remove the hot pack and let it cool down. Make sure the hot pack has completely returned to a transparent liquid state.

Note: After recharging, the hot pack should be completely transparent without any crystals. If the temperature has not subsided, it can be used again. Avoid touching the metal plate when it is still hot.

Precautions:

1. After recharging, the hot pack must return to a completely transparent liquid state before it can be reused. Do not press the circular metal plate when it is hot.
2. The contents are not edible. Keep out of reach of children to prevent swallowing. In case of ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.
3. If the gel inside the product comes into contact with the skin and causes sensitivity or an allergic reaction, rinse thoroughly with water and seek prompt medical treatment.
4. When using heat therapy, wrap the hot pack in a towel cover and regularly change the position to avoid burns.
5. Keep away from sharp objects or sources of fire. Do not continue using the product if you notice discoloration, cracks, thinning, or if the content becomes a cloudy liquid.
6. When cleaning the cotton towel cover, remove the hot pack first.
